Def Leppard always bring it, though it rocked the new stage. The sound was good, but not perfect for Def Leppard - it wasn鈥檛 horrible for them. This was the first concert with the new stage.
Jimmy Eat World was awful. Way too many guitar, piano, and drum solos. The sound was awful. Words and phrases of songs were messed up. The crowd left after the first few songs and throughout because it was so bad. Crowd participation was zero, even when Jimmy Eat World tried to get it.
Def Leppard had no issues with that. They rocked, but again. No chemistry between the band members in Jimmy Eat World. Jimmy Eat World seemed more interested in talking and showing off than singing their songs. So sad. Saw them 2 yrs ago at the same place when they weren鈥檛 the headliners, and they rocked.
Very disappointed. Worth going for Def Leppard, but Jimmy Eat World sucks.
